You're not alone. Together, we can hold bad actors accountable.
Two tools. One purpose. For the people fighting something hard, and the people who want to help them win.
Dogfooded on real, high-profile cases. Both products are being built and tested on active litigation. Seen is in active development. WithMe is partially live with its first three plaintiffs onboard. Sign up below for updates.
Evidence logging
Seen
Log harassment, discrimination, and bad behavior as it happens, with a trauma-informed guide. Voice notes, photos, videos, timestamped and court-ready.
Most people don't want to be an activist themselves. But they do want the activism to happen. Help the people taking on bad actors last until their trials.
People are not siloes. Their litigation costs come out of the same bank accounts as their housing and food. Their need for evidence for their lawyers is the same as their need for evidence to share with friends to ensure their safety. Their lives are integrated, and their tools should be too.

Evidence logging
Seen
Trauma-informed evidence logging for anyone experiencing power asymmetry, abuse, or harm.

"The tools available for real-time evidence documentation are either too complex, too generic, too attorney-dependent, or too inaccessible to people in crisis."
What it does
When something happens (a threat, a violation, an incident), Seen is the thing you open on your phone. You talk. It listens. It asks up to five questions, chosen based on what you just described. It timestamps everything, grabs your location, and files it.
You don't fill out a form. You don't write a report. You just say what happened, in whatever state you're in, and Seen structures it for you.

Whistleblower support
WithMe
Back the activists changing the world. Help them survive until trial, and let them know there's a community supporting them. Watch what happens when the playing field becomes more even.
"99% of the world does not have the resources to take on major legal fights, and yet many of us find ourselves in them, anyway."
The problem
Litigation is expensive and hard. Most people can't afford to fight at all, not because their case isn't good, but because the financial pressure is relentless and completely unaccounted for by anything that currently exists.
Existing crowdfunding is one-time, donation-based, and generic. Institutional litigation finance wants sure bets that don't make waves. The people who most need backing are exactly the ones the current system avoids.
And everyone's life is integrated: litigation costs come out of the same accounts as groceries. Evidence for lawyers is the same evidence that keeps you safe. These aren't separate problems. They've just been treated that way.
Two kinds of sponsorship
Help keep the whistleblowers alive
MVP active
Fund their security, countersuit defense costs, insurance costs, industry blackballing, and anti-catch and kill. Plaintiffs can't afford to show up for hearings if they can't afford the food, medications, and security that they need to survive.
Invest in their ability to take on adversaries in courtrooms
Build in progress
Buy small pieces of their legal cases to help fund legal fees and forensic costs, with returns when cases result. You may not be able to leave your job to speak truth to power, so these plaintiffs will do it for you.
Why distributed funding is safer
1,500 people contributing $500 each can't be targeted, intimidated, or bought off the way a single litigation finance firm can. The distribution of support is itself a form of protection.
Visibility is protection too. A plaintiff whose case is publicly known and community-backed is harder to silence than one fighting alone.

The founder
About
"I built what didn't exist, not because it seemed like a good product idea, but because I needed it and it wasn't there."
Where this came from
Seen and WithMe were designed by a high stakes plaintiff. Not a product manager theorizing about what plaintiffs need, or a lawyer who tries to imagine what it's like to be in a plaintiff's shoes. Someone who has been inside a high-profile, multi-year case against well-resourced institutional defendants, and hit every single point of failure in the existing tools along the way. In eleven months, most of her savings were spent on legal fees, professional security, and the basic infrastructure of staying in a fight the other side could afford to prolong indefinitely. She knows what it is to stand in a grocery store and choose between food and healthcare. Not because she chose a fight, but because a fight was brought to her, and she could not stand by and watch harm happen. She also watched institutional litigation finance shy away from serious cases that take on bad actors, because her adversaries are the kind of people those firms don't want to antagonize. And she noticed that the tools available to her treated her legal fight, her safety, and her survival as three separate problems, when they were all coming out of the same bank account. So she built the tools. Both of them.

WithMe prototype · First three plaintiffs
Meet and support the plaintiffs
WithMe's first three plaintiffs are standouts in their own fields. Kate, Julia Carreon, and A.L. are taking on bad actors who are titans of industry. Each of them has been subject to intense security issues and professional sandbagging because of their audacity.
Help them take on bad actors without fear of losing their homes, safety, health, or wellbeing.
How these sponsorships work: Each item is a real, ongoing monthly expense. Sponsorships are recurring monthly gifts processed securely through Stripe. Contributions under $19,000 per donor per year are structured as personal gifts and do not require a gift tax return from the donor. You sponsor a specific thing, not a vague fund.
